1. This contract is not terminable & transferable before the expiry period.
2. In case of change in address a fresh contract need to be made in to providing service.
3. The company shall not be responsible for any kind of damages to the interior / exterior structure of premises / rooms/ cabins/ walls/ wooden/ structure as the case may be which may occur while performing the duty to provide service in the manner.
4. In case of any complaint, please address your name, address, contact number to the customer care. Copy of contract will have to retained and produced to our technicians to verify and provide service.
5. The company will not be responsible for failure of service in the case of instruction given is not followed.
6. The company shall not be liable for damage, or any damage of what so ever nature to any person or property, by using the service..
7. Every service will be delivered by our authorized service technician within responsible time. In case of complaint will be attending within 48 hours during working hours of service center. No visit will be made on holiday, if service required on holidays, additional cost will be charged.
8. Contract amount are payable by cash or cheque / favoring “Rabyx India” in advance before commencement of service.
9. During the contract period the “Pest” against which the service is provided reappears subject to compliances and observation of the conditions thereto in the contracted area the company shall carry out treatment with no any charge.
10. The customer undertakes to keep a person present at all times while treatment is being delivered out as matter of safety and security to avoid any allegation and such a person shall be treated as a signing authority for the service in whose presence the treatment is carried out.
11. Contract amount are payable by cash or cheque / favoring “Rabyx India” in advance before commencement of service.
11. The customer to ensure the cooperation of the said premise. In case of may be moving the furniture to enable our technicians to carry out the treatment. All cabin/ cabinets/ rooms/ flats/ should be available for servicing as when our certified technicians calls on visit. Failure to do so will be treated as a service rendered and no refund shall accrue on his account.
12. This contract supersedes all prior agreements, undertaking or arrangements, oral or written between the parties on the subject matter.
